Performance Measurement and Reporting

We have developed a number of performance measurement and management tools which allows the monitoring by individual claim handler of claim turnover, claim recovery, correspondence received, correspondence requiring response and outstanding matters requiring action with priority dates. These performance measures are visible to all and all of this drives the claim handler to a relentless focus on delivering results. Comprehensive and flexible reports can be provided that are tailored to the customer’s own requirements. These include financial and other measures designed to provide our customers with an effective monitoring toolkit.

We believe we have first class performance measurement and reporting in place. Flexibility however is a key offering of ours and we are always willing to adapt to any bespoke reporting requirements or processes that a client may require.
